“Samopomich” offers to replace the notorious head of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov, with the Chairman of the parliamentary Committee on Taxeation and Customs Policy, Nina Yuzhanina.
This was announced by a deputy of the “Samopomich” faction, the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy, Andriy Zhurzhiy, after a meeting of the Committee representatives with the representatives of the embassies of the G-7.
“Today, during the meeting with the representatives of the embassies of the Group of Seven, a project of the tax reform (“Tax Reform 2016″), developed in the committee, was presented. This project provides for fiscal liberalization,” said the MP.
He said that the representatives of the embassies had been presented with the key aspects of the bill, with the basic calculations, it had been shown that the budget would not lose, that there were good enough compensators.
“Despite the fact that some my colleagues and I have comments and suggestions as for this document, this is still the first progressive step for implementation of a real tax reform in Ukraine. And those changes for which business is waiting can happen,” said Zhurzhiy.
Given the important role of Nina Yuzhanina in the development of this project, the “Samopomich” deputies offer to appoint her to the position of Chairman the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
“We will discuss this issue both in our faction and with colleagues in the coalition. However, taking into account all the gaps in the work of Mr. Nasirov and the progress in developing the concept of the tax reform, which was made possible due to Ms. Yuzhanina among others, we offer the candidacy of Nina Yuzhanina for the post of Chairman of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine,” he stated.
