The document addressed to the Chairman of the CEC, Mikhailo  Okhendovskyi, contains three key requirements:

2. To replace the members of the Kryvyi Rih city commission who voted for the decision.

3. To announce recount of the votes in the mayoral elections in Kryvyi Rih after changing the composition of the Kryvyi Rih city commission.
