“Samopomich” initiates a case against National Commission for State Regulation in Energy and Utilities in connection with its criminal decision to raise tariffs for industrial enterprises, among which there are establishment of budget, municipal and social spheres.
“The recent decisions of the Commission are in fact criminal, since they have led to raising the cost of electricity, heating, water supply, because these are all interconnected things. In particular, this is the “Rotterdam formula” for coal – more than 10 billion additional hryvnias that people will pay. This is the decision about stimulating tariffs policy for regional power distribution companies – another 30-35 billion UAH. These are the tariffs for heat supply which became twice as high, says Lev Pidlisetskyi,”Samopomich” MP, a member of the Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex. We are convinced that there is no legal and real basis for this energy regulator’s functioning. All the more sad is the fact that the Parliament has failed to dismiss and replace the members of the National Commission for State Regulation in Energy and Utilities due its political immaturity”.
