Syroyid: “I am proud of the work of Samopomich. We are the only ones who remained honest and consistent”

Samopomich is collecting signatures to declare unconstitutional the law “On the Special Status of the ORLDO and Amnesty for Militants”.

This was reported by Deputy Speaker of parliament Oksana Syroyid. She considers this law to be one of the biggest threats to Ukraine.

“When I was running for parliament, I clearly understood the threats that awaited us. And now I go with the understanding that these threats have not diminished, but increased. Special status is the biggest one among them. We have been fighting against it for 5 years. I am afraid that in the next parliament there may not be the people who will be ready to challenge the constitutionality of this document; therefore, Samopomich has already collected these signatures.”

All things considered, Syroyid is not ashamed of the work in this Verkhovna Rada. “I am proud of the work of Samopomich. We are the only ones who remained honest and consistent in our positions. We started and finish our work having our principles unchanged.”
