In the conditions before the second round, when politicians, including the headquarters of presidential candidates, deliberately increase the level of emotional tension in society and sometimes even sow hatred, Ukrainians need to remain calm and remember – not a single politician is worthy people’s fighting among themselves. This was stated by MP Ruslan Sydorovych from the Samopomich Union faction.
The parliamentarian notes: “Ukraine is a country of young democracy; we have serious challenges waiting ahead. The war has not gone anywhere. Russia is not going anywhere either. Therefore, we need to be able to cooperate, communicate with each other.”
“We must remember that in the days of Maidan, it was precisely the unity of Ukrainians, the unity of the east and the west, the north and the south that helped us get rid of the tyrant and survive,” concludes Ruslan Sydorovych. “Aggression is always destructive. We need unity, cooperation, peace and mutual love between people. Let’s respect each other. Then we can build a prosperous country in which we would want to live.”
