R&D centre on the basis of the Flight Academy of the National Aviation University was opened today in Kropyvnytskyi. The centre was opened with the technical support of the Korean SafeusDrone company.
The R&D centre’s mission is the production of state-of-the-art unmanned aerial vehicles for multi-purpose use: high-precision agriculture, rescue operations, crime prevention, reconnaissance, patrolling.
“Future belongs to the Internet of things; and Ukraine should not stand aside. As a matter of fact, we have very little time to reform the approaches to organizing the usual processes. Nowadays, drones are being used in industry, agriculture in order to reduce the expenses and the final cost of production. ІоТ should become an element of the state policy,” stated Oleksandr Danchenko after the opening of the R&D centre.
Students and teachers of NAU will work in Kropyvnytskyi. The centre will become a basis for the practical implementation of knowledge and skills.
