Oleh Bereziuk: Refusal or escape from a public report is a blow to the government’s legitimacy

According to Oleh Bereziuk – chairman of the Samopomich Union – today’s Cabinet of Ministers has come very close to considering three key reforms: land, health care and the Pension Fund ones.
“Thanks to steps like this, this government is definitely better than the previous one. However, the delay in reporting on the activities of the Cabinet is a disruption of its legitimacy.
So, the Cabinet has claims to the parliament, which refused to consider a law on health last week, and by doing so delayed the reform, which could significantly influence people’s quality of life. I believe this is very dangerous, because there is no state health protection, medicine is surviving due to the patient’s money, and this is critical. Therefore, the government should come to parliament and report openly and legally,” said the MP.
