The public organization “Business-Varta”, which includes a number of deputies from the Samopomich Union faction, has appealed to the heads of law enforcement agencies regarding the pressure on an enterprise in the Odesa region.
The essence of the problem is as follows. Having no legal grounds, law enforcement officers are constantly trying to drive trucks to the enterprise and to fill them with the grain, which is stored at the enterprise, worth of over 23 million hryvnias.
LLC “SP Resoil Terminal” sees signs of raider seizure in the actions of representatives of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
Consequently, “Business-Varta” has filed an appeal to the Prosecutor General’s Office and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau with a request to deal with the unprecedented activities of the law enforcement agencies in the Odesa region. The appeal was signed by parliamentarians Ivan Miroshnichenko, Yehor Soboliev, Pavlo Kostenko, and Oleksandr Opanasenko, among others.
In addition, this case will certainly be considered at the 3rd Anti-Raidership Forum, which will be held in Kyiv on November 27. “We will surely voice the names and positions of all those involved in exercising pressure on Resoil Terminal. After all, when those who should be preventing illegal seizures and takeovers are involved in them, doing business can simply become meaningless,” conclude representatives of the organization.
